10) What Will You Give?

In the light of all you've grown
and the shade of all you own,
to make room for what you've sown,
what will you give?

In the midst of happiness,
but there'll be no more, unless
you're not asked, but you say yes.
What will you give?

All that we gather and hold on to,
we have to carry through our lives.
You never know if the weight will be worth it,
but it might carry forward if it's left behind.

So at the threshold of this door
and the foot of all before,
the decision's always yours:
What will you give?
