No-one's Little Girl

23 and legs just like an acrobat.
It's not safe, but she's already thought of that.
Moving through the dance floor like a heated knife,
not a girlfriend, not a mistress, not a wife.
She's looking your way and she's laughing a lot
at you, cause you think she's gonna get caught,
but she's not.

No-one's little girl (x2)

You propose a jaunt into the southern sun.
She says 'Right, now go and pull the other one.'
She's the punch line, and you get to be the joke.
She can cut the knot with just a single stroke.
Sure, she's a whirlwind, sure she looks hot,
You're sure she's gonna give you half of a shot
but she?s not.

No-one's little girl (x2)

Who is she, that she could do this to you?
Look out bud,
here comes the other shoe.

She could be a soldier or a scientist.
Save the world while you're out getting really pissed.
Only problem she can't solve is what to do
'bout those narrow little slits you see her through.

So, might as well drink those beers you just bought
'cause this is the field where battles are fought.
Forget all that stuff that you might have been taught
by that kid with the mag in the school parking lot.
You might like to think that she's what you first thought
but she's not.
